We activate your plan
We update your record within 24 hours. From your next visit, your benefits are active and tracked against your plan.

The following treatments are not included in the membership plan. The 10% member discount may still apply to some of these at the practice's discretion:
Is this dental insurance?
No. This is an in-house membership plan — not insurance. There are no claims processes, no excess payments and no involvement from an insurance company. Your monthly fee directly covers your included appointments and discount, administered entirely by the practice.
Can I cancel?
Plans have a 12-month minimum term. After 12 months, you can cancel with 30 days' written notice before your renewal date. If you cancel within the first 12 months, you may be charged for the full value of any treatments received at standard rates, minus fees paid. See the full terms below.
Terms and conditions
OX44 Dental Membership Plan
1. Parties
This agreement is between OX44 Dental ("the Practice"), trading from Richmond Hill Farm, Chiselhampton, Oxford, OX44, OX44 7XF, and the individual named on the sign-up form ("the Member").
2. The Membership Plan
2.1 The membership plan provides the Member with the dental benefits listed on this page for the plan selected. 2.2 The membership plan is not a dental insurance policy. 2.3 Benefits are personal to the Member and cannot be transferred.
3. New Patient Examination
3.1 The initial new patient examination and any X-rays taken at the first visit are not included in the membership plan and are charged separately (currently £60 for the new patient consultation, plus £18 per X-ray). 3.2 Membership benefits commence from the Member's second visit onwards.
4. Excluded Treatments
See the list above. The 10% member discount may apply to some excluded treatments at the Practice's discretion.
5. Payment and Direct Debit
5.1 The monthly membership fee is payable by Direct Debit, administered by GoCardless Ltd, an authorised payment institution regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 597190). 5.2 The Member is protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
6. Minimum Term and Cancellation
6.1 This agreement has a minimum term of 12 months from the date the Member's first Direct Debit payment is collected. 6.2 This agreement automatically renews for successive 12-month periods. If the Member does not wish to renew, they must give at least 30 days' written notice before the renewal date by email to reception@ox44dental.com. 6.3 If the Member cancels within the minimum 12-month term, the Practice will calculate the full standard value of any treatments and discounts already received under the plan. If this exceeds the total Direct Debit payments made, the difference will be due before the plan is closed.
7. Appointment Attendance
7.1 Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or not attended, will be counted as used under the plan. 7.2 Unused benefits do not carry over to the following plan year.
8. Non-Payment
If a monthly fee remains unpaid for 30 days, the Practice may suspend membership benefits. If unpaid for 60 days, the Practice may terminate this agreement by giving 1 month's written notice.
9. Changes to Fees or Benefits
The Member will be given at least 30 days' written notice of any change to the monthly fee or benefits. The Member may cancel without penalty if they do not accept the changes.
10. Complaints
Any concerns should first be raised at reception@ox44dental.com. If unresolved, the Member may contact the Dental Complaints Service at dentalcomplaints.org.uk or 020 8253 0800.
11. Data Protection
The Practice will process the Member's personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details are in our Privacy Notice.
12. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the Member's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
